Find the revenue you're missing. Automate the work slowing you down.
In 10 business days, we'll identify your biggest workflow bottleneck and implement one practical automation that helps your team move faster.
Where the time goes
Slow lead response
Inquiries sit in an inbox or a form tool until someone has time to read them.
Manual CRM entry
Someone retypes the same contact details from email into the CRM, when they remember to.
Forgotten follow-ups
A good conversation goes quiet because the next step lived in one person's head.
Fragmented reporting
The numbers you need are spread across three tools and a spreadsheet.
What's included
Discovery and audit
We map one defined revenue or operational workflow: who touches it, what it costs, and where it stalls.
Top-three opportunity brief
The three changes most worth making, ranked, with the assumptions and evidence behind each.
One tested automation
A single bounded automation, built and tested. For example: inquiry intake, qualification, CRM entry and a follow-up draft a person approves before it sends.
KPI view and handoff
A simple view of the numbers that show whether it's working, plus the notes your team needs to run it.
30-day roadmap and walkthrough
What to tune next, in order, and a call to walk through all of it.
What's not included
- Enterprise migrations and complex custom integrations.
- Unlimited revisions or unrestricted support.
- Third-party subscriptions. You pay for your own tools.
- Guaranteed ROI. We measure what happens; we don't promise a number in advance.
- Ownership of InteCrawl's background IP. You get a license to use what we deliver.
Anything on this list can be quoted separately.
How it runs
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Discover | A call and a look at the workflow as it runs today, with real volumes where you have them. |
| Prioritize | We agree on the one workflow and the one automation, and on how success is measured. |
| Implement | We build it against your systems using the access you grant, and nothing more. |
| Verify | We test the normal path and the failure paths: duplicates, missing data, an outage. |
| Hand off | KPI view, operating notes, the 30-day roadmap, and a walkthrough with your team. |
Price
$3,500
Fixed scope, founding-client pilot. A 50% deposit ($1,750) starts the work; the remaining 50% is due as set out in the signed agreement. Delivery is 10 business days from kickoff.
Founding-client means this is the price while we prove out delivery with our first clients. It is not a discount on a higher list price.
Example workflow
This is the reference automation we demonstrate on discovery calls. It runs on synthetic data only: no real company or contact appears in it.
- A synthetic inquiry is submitted.
- It is validated and checked for spam.
- It is classified by service interest and urgency.
- A lead record is created in the CRM with its source and stage.
- A follow-up is drafted and waits for a person to approve it.
- The response-time clock and the audit log are updated.
Questions
- What systems do you work with?
- The ones you already use, provided they offer an API or a supported integration: common CRMs, form tools, email and spreadsheets. If your stack can't support the automation, we say so on the discovery call, before you pay anything.
- What access do you need, and how is it secured?
- The minimum needed for the one workflow, through accounts you control and can revoke. Credentials are kept in a secrets manager, never in code or prompts. Nothing is sent to your customers without a person approving it.
- When do the 10 business days start?
- At kickoff, once the deposit and the access we need are both in place.
- What counts as one workflow?
- One trigger, one outcome, one owner. "A new inquiry becomes a qualified CRM lead with a drafted reply" is one workflow. "Fix our sales process" is not. The exact boundary is written into the agreement before work starts.
- Who owns the data and the work?
- Your data stays yours. You get a license to use the automation and documents we deliver. InteCrawl keeps its underlying methods and tooling.
- What about cancellation and ongoing maintenance?
- Cancellation terms are set out in the signed agreement. Ongoing maintenance is optional, starts at $500/month, and is scoped and contracted separately.
Discovery call
Tell us about the bottleneck
A person reads every inquiry. If it looks like a fit, we'll reply by email to set up a 15-minute call. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that instead.
