Privacy

Short and specific, on purpose — the same evidence-first standard applies to how we handle your data.

What we collect

An email address when you subscribe to Signals, plus anything optional you add (role, industry, interests). If you submit a Build My Radar intake, we also collect what you sell, who buys it, and the other answers on that form.

Why

To send the weekly Signals newsletter, to review Opportunity Sprint requests by hand, and to understand which pages and signals people find useful (via first-party, non-identifying event logs — no tracking pixels, no ad networks).

Where it lives

Subscriber and intake records are stored as structured data on InteCrawl's own infrastructure. Until a permanent database is connected, submissions on the live site are captured through Vercel's server logs rather than a queryable file — same data, less convenient to search, not shared with anyone in either form.

Who else sees it

Nobody. InteCrawl doesn't sell, rent, or share subscriber data with third parties. Transactional email is currently delivered via Resend (or logged only, if no email provider is configured yet) — it handles delivery and doesn't get used for anything beyond sending the message.

How to remove your data

Every InteCrawl email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe yourself anytime, or email us to request full deletion of your intake submission.
